AI Usage
AI usage is billed by tokens — the computing power used to generate designs, images, and responses. Image generation consumes the most tokens, while text prompts use fewer.
A typical design workflow (brief, drafts, and a few iterations) uses 40,000–60,000 tokens. Your plan determines the price per token.
What uses your tokens
Chatting with the agent
Each message and response uses a small amount of compute. Conversation is the cheapest part of a workflow.
Uploading reference images
The AI reads images in tiles. A larger or higher-resolution image uses more tokens than a small one, so keep references reasonably sized.
Generating product images
By far the largest cost. Each high-quality image requires significant compute, and this is where most of your token spend goes.
Refining and iterating
Every refinement round costs the same as a new generation. A complete design typically goes through two or three rounds.
A typical product design runs ~$2.50–$4 end to end. Tokens never expire.

Working with 05
We work exclusively with companies, associations, and organizations — not individuals.
We specialize in custom branded products (merchandise) and packaging tailored to your brand's aesthetic and functional needs.
Once confirmed, orders are binding and cannot be canceled. For larger projects, costs incurred (e.g. design hours, samples) will be invoiced even if production is halted.
Quotes & Ordering
Depending on the product and/or manufacturer, this may vary, but will always be clearly stated in each case.
To quote accurately, we need:
- Product details and dimensions
- Material(s), colors, finishings (e.g. foil, embossing)
- Quantity and delivery deadline
- Artwork files
- Special requests (e.g. handles, inserts, sustainable options)
Yes, we always recommend ordering a sample before production. If you waive it, we can't guarantee remedies for minor deviations.
Pricing & Payments
No. Prices exclude VAT, local duties, and environmental taxes (applied to single-use items per Danish law).

Invoices are due by the date stated. Prepayment may be required for custom orders. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest monthly.

We'll work to resolve delays quickly, but we are not liable for indirect losses like missed sales.
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Quality & Claims
If there's a major issue caused by us, we'll offer repair, reprint, replacement, or partial refund. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
We are not responsible for issues arising from unapproved changes, incorrect files, or skipped samples.
Yes — small differences in color, material, or finishing are considered acceptable unless otherwise agreed.
Legal & IP
Designs, layouts, and mockups created by 05 Creation remain our intellectual property unless a separate agreement is made.
No. Use of our work outside the project scope requires prior written consent.
Yes, we may collaborate with trusted production partners.
In events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, import bans), we may delay delivery without liability.
All agreements are governed by Danish law and handled in the courts of Copenhagen.
